Every quote is prepared based on your event type, location, guest count, setup needs, and transportation/logistics requirements.
Transportation is quoted based on event location, setup size, venue access, parking/loading area, and return travel after the event. Full sound setups with subwoofer, facade, lighting, or larger equipment may require full equipment transport.
Star Movements Sound System is primarily a music-focused DJ service. If you already have a host, MC, or hype person, we are happy to coordinate with them. If a host/MC is needed, it can be arranged and quoted separately.
Booked DJ hours begin at the contracted event start time and end at the contracted event end time. Setup and teardown are included separately and do not count toward performance time.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. No date is officially booked until the retainer is received.
