DJ Prince Data is a Jamaican-born DJ, selector, radio host, and creative entrepreneur raised in Kingston, Jamaica, and now residing in Toronto, Canada.

His music journey started from around the age of 13, growing up in a family where music was always present. On his mother’s side, singing and music were a natural part of the household, while his father was a sound system operator who exposed him early to the culture, discipline, and energy of Jamaican sound system life.

That foundation continued through his older brothers — one who was also a sound system operator, and the other a DJ selector who helped teach him the real craft of music. From learning how to mix songs properly, to understanding timing, crowd reading, song selection, and how to choose the right tune for the right moment, DJ Prince Data’s skills were shaped directly through family, hands-on experience, and real sound system culture.

With over 20+ years of music experience, DJ Prince Data has built his name through clean juggling, authentic Caribbean vibes, professional presentation, and a deep connection with the crowd.

Known as The Juggling Prince, DJ Prince Data built his foundation as a hardcore Dancehall sound system selector, known for clean mixing, strong song selection, dropping hits at the right moment, and lifting the crowd to get real forwards. His experience also includes sound clash, where he earned respect as a multiple-time clash winner and a true sound killer.

While his roots are deep in Dancehall and sound system culture, DJ Prince Data also understands how to adjust to the moment. Whether it is a party, private function, corporate event, radio show, or live performance, he knows when to bring high-energy juggling and when to deliver a clean, professional, event-ready experience.
